Social services in the City of Prospect Heights are a coordinated effort with all departments including the Prospect Heights Police Department in conjunction with Omni Youth Services. In our stations Victim Advocates help provide assistance to our residents in Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Child Abuse or Neglect, Crime Victims and their families. Our Victim Advocates also help with Substance Abuse, Homelessness, Family Problems including Juvenile issues and Marital Conflicts.

Our Victim Advocates are available by phone or by appointment at our station Monday through Friday. You can contact them at (847) 398-5511 X117. You can also email Rebecca at (Spanish & English) or Casey at   (Polish/Spanish/English).
