The City of Prospect Heights provides free notarial services to Prospect Heights Residents Only. Prospect Heights residents who receive pensions from foreign countries may use the clerk's notarial service as well.
Residents who wish to request notarial services must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Must provide a current photo ID with proof of address
- Must sign the document in front of the notary
- Notary will only stamp and sign original copies – NO PHOTO COPIES WILL BE NOTARIZED
- Requestor must provide any witnesses if needed
- Call in advance for appointment (847-398-6070 x 211)
- Notary will not notarize copies or original ID's
